The sealed outer packaging

The full unpacking process (unedited)

Clear proof of the damage, defect, or missing item

Note: Without this video, returns and refunds will not be processed.
Returns Will NOT Be Accepted For:

Products that are used, worn, or tampered

Items with broken seals, missing tags, or damaged packaging

Earrings, nose pins, or other hygiene-sensitive items
-
Customized or engraved products
-
Requests made after 24 hours of delivery

Orders without the valid unboxing video
Unboxing Video Guidelines

Start recording before breaking the outer seal.

Show the entire process in one continuous, unedited shot.

Ensure the video is clear and well-lit.

This is mandatory for all return, refund, or damage claims.
Refund & Shipping Charges

Refunds are issued only after our Quality Check (QC) confirms the issue.

QC process takes 3–5 working days after we receive the returned product.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days via the original payment method.

Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer and deducted from the refund amount.
(This applies to all returns, including cases where “Cash on Delivery” was used.)
Fraud & Abuse Disclaimer
We reserve the right to:

Reject returns if the product fails QC or appears misused

Deny refunds for claims without valid proof

Blacklist accounts involved in policy misuse

Take legal action in cases of fraudulent or abusive behaviour
