Returns Will Be Accepted Only If:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You initiate the return within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us via:

  • You provide a mandatory unboxing video showing:

    1. The sealed outer packaging

    2. The full unpacking process (unedited)

    3. Clear proof of the damage, defect, or missing item

Note: Without this video, returns and refunds will not be processed.


Returns Will NOT Be Accepted For:

  • Products that are used, worn, or tampered

  • Items with broken seals, missing tags, or damaged packaging

  • Earrings, nose pins, or other hygiene-sensitive items

  • Customized or engraved products

  • Requests made after 24 hours of delivery

  • Orders without the valid unboxing video


Unboxing Video Guidelines

  • Start recording before breaking the outer seal.

  • Show the entire process in one continuous, unedited shot.

  • Ensure the video is clear and well-lit.

  • This is mandatory for all return, refund, or damage claims.


Refund & Shipping Charges

  • Refunds are issued only after our Quality Check (QC) confirms the issue.

  • QC process takes 3–5 working days after we receive the returned product.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days via the original payment method.

  • Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer and deducted from the refund amount.
    (This applies to all returns, including cases where “Cash on Delivery” was used.)


Fraud & Abuse Disclaimer

We reserve the right to:

  • Reject returns if the product fails QC or appears misused

  • Deny refunds for claims without valid proof

  • Blacklist accounts involved in policy misuse

  • Take legal action in cases of fraudulent or abusive behaviour
